About The Position

Fox Group (10,000+ employees globally) is a leading, fast-growing retailer and partner of choice for operating several well-known retail banners in Israel, Europe, and Canada. They are working towards being the number one leading group in the retail industry in Canada. In Canada, they currently operate Mango, Laline, and Fox Home. Nike is also part of Fox Group Canada and is operated by Retailors. Mango, founded in Barcelona, Spain, is an internationally well-known fashion brand that designs, manufactures, and markets women’s, men’s, and kid’s clothing and accessories and has over 2220 stores worldwide. The company is looking for an Assistant Store Manager, who must be an exceptional leader who can motivate, inspire, and develop the store team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of specialty, luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
  • Prior sales management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics
  • Proven ability to drive sales results, able to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business
  • Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team-environment
  • Ability to address complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to identify/assess top talent and train/develop/retain great people
  • Proficient in windows-based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook
