About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with daily sales and profit goals, customer satisfaction, team-member development, and recruiting. The role also involves enforcing company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties. Zales provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills to support career development.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to use basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities
