Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Wireless Specialists.
- Actively sell Verizon products and services while meeting individual sales goals.
- Help drive store performance by reinforcing sales behaviors, coaching team members, and ensuring accountability.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Conduct sales observations, performance coaching, and developmental training with team members.
- Assist with scheduling, timekeeping review, and maintaining appropriate store coverage.
- Support inventory management, including receiving shipments, inventory counts, device security checks, and inventory audits.
- Help reconcile cash deposits and maintain accurate operational records.
- Assist with resolving escalated customer concerns and billing issues while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
- Serve as the acting leader in the Store Manager's absence.
