About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager supports all aspects of operations at ERIK'S, working in close partnership with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence, exceptional customer experiences, and high-performing staff. The role is classified as part- or full-time and non-exempt.

Retail team members are expected to remain flexible and support customer and store needs beyond their primary responsibilities. Employees may be asked to complete reasonable tasks not listed in the job description as company needs change.

• Support the Store Manager in ensuring the entire store staff operates on ERIK'S Rails.
• Support the Store Manager in ensuring all customers receive the highest level of service.
• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
• Remain flexible and support customer and store needs wherever needed to contribute to the overall success of the business.
