About The Position

The Assistant Manager (PM) – Evenings & Weekends provides leadership and oversight of evening and weekend store operations. The role serves as the primary manager on duty during evening shifts and weekend hours, supervises associates, and maintains operational standards. The Assistant Manager works with the Store Leader and Assistant Store Manager (AM) to support store goals and deliver a positive customer experience. The position is responsible for shift execution and associate supervision during assigned evening and weekend schedules, while overall store accountability remains with the Store Leader.

Requirements

• Two years of retail experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass Wewinabi's Non-Gaming Suitability Standards background check.
• Ability to work with minimum direction after job assignment, individually and/or as a team member.
• Excellent leadership, written and oral communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform the listed mathematical calculations and work with probability and statistical inference.
• Ability to use common-sense reasoning to define problems, collect data, analyze facts, and determine an appropriate response.
• Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
• Ability to talk and hear, communicate effectively, and see and adjust focus for close, distance, depth, and peripheral vision.
• Ability to stand, walk, run, sit for up to 8 hours, balance, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, and/or crawl; handle objects, tools, and controls; reach with arms and hands; and lift, push, pull, and/or move objects weighing up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store closing.
• Serve as the primary manager on duty during evening shifts and weekend operations.
