About The Position

V/O Med Spa West Bloomfield is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to join their team. This role involves assisting the Spa Manager and staff in leading the overall operation and performance of the spa, ensuring guest service and sales expectations are met or exceeded. The Assistant Spa Manager will also focus on developing an inspiring team, meeting financial objectives, managing retail and service sales, coaching and training staff, leading staff meetings, preparing payroll, nurturing leads, and managing expenses within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting and leading the overall operation and performance of the spa
  • Ensuring the spa meets or exceeds Guest service and sales expectations
