Requirements

HAVE A PASSION FOR PEOPLE
Hold a current state Massage Therapy, Cosmetology or Nail Technician license
At least 1-2 years retail sales experience
At least 1-2 years spa experience
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skill
Proficient working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Ensure compliance with all labor and state licensing laws and regulations in relations to business operations
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Drive, monitor and analyze sales performance and productivity through weekly and monthly dashboards and KPIs
Implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa and individual team members’ daily activity to reach their goals
Promote and develop the brand’s visibility through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling
Assist with spa walk-throughs, noting special areas that need cleaning or maintenance attention
Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, bank deposits and reporting
Follows all practice policies and protocols
Provide a comfortable, relaxing spa experience to clients
Perform other duties as assigned
