Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar role in a luxury property.
- Knowledge of PMS/Opera and some knowledge in rooms department preferred
- Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure, individual must have great organization skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Manages spa retail operations and personnel. Ensures retail operations adhere to business plan objectives. Reviews and approves purchase planners, pricing recommendations and inventory tracking.
- Responsible for managing and ensuring cleanliness of spa facilities. Ensures completion of daily checklists and hourly walkthroughs.
- Delegates and supervises the completion of all maintenance improvements and member requests.
- Recommends improved cleaning products or cleaning methods toward optimal levels of sanitation and cleanliness.
- Monitors the operation of the mechanical, electrical and heating facilities through routine preventative maintenance and repairs and follows proper notification procedures in the event of equipment failure.
- Completes proper inventory system for spa services and products.
- Trains, supervises, and schedules associates to ensure continuous coverage and efficient service delivery.
