We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Assistant Spa Manager to help us run our operation! This position is designed for people who are interested in learning about the wellness industry and growing in their career. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience. We offer a professional and relaxing work environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
Experience handling administrative tasks including (but not limited to) payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Great personality and excellent interpersonal skills
Passionate about sales and working with people
Can bring energy and enthusiasm to the table
Drive to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials

Nice To Haves

Spa experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Overall Oversight and Management of Reception Team
Achieve Membership, Service, and Product Sales Targets
Development, Training, and Accountability for Reception Staff
Administrative and Bookkeeping Task
Training and Motivating Sales Team
Reception and Orientation of Clients
Client Reservation Management
Overall Responsibility for Clients Experience in the Spa
Collaboration with Lead Massage Therapist and Lead Esthetician to maximize performance
