Assistant Softball Coach
About The Position
The Department of Athletics is seeking two highly motivated, organized and dedicated professionals for the position of Assistant Softball Coach. Bradley University is a member of the Missouri Valley Conference. The twelve-month, full-time positions are responsible for assisting with all phases of a Division I softball program with an emphasis on player development, and one of the assistant positions being preferably pitching experience. The ideal candidate will also provide on the field coaching, assist in student-athlete recruitment, equipment management, camps, team travel, game and practice organization and other duties as assigned by the head coach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills

- Computer and video knowledge
- Writing skills
- Ability to interact effectively and enthusiastically with diverse student-athletes, colleagues and the public
- Ability to initiate and complete projects within specific deadlines
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
- Willingness to fully support the mission and values of Bradley Athletics
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree
- At least 3 years of collegiate coaching or professional playing experience
- Preferably pitching experience
