Assistant Site Manager II – Moo Moo Express Car Wash
About The Position
The Assistant Site Manager assists the site manager in keeping the store operating effectively and meeting customer service needs. The role includes engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products to existing customers. The Assistant Site Manager supports daily site operations, sales growth, team development, staffing and labor management, expense monitoring, quality control, cash management, inventory, safety, customer issue resolution, and learning the wash process and equipment. The position also offers opportunities for further growth through training and education.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
- Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to provide and follow clear directions.
- Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train.
- Present a professional image according to appearance guidelines.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift.
- Ability to work on one’s feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
- Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.

- Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
- Manage labor and staff scheduling successfully.
- Monitor chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures to support effective P&L management.
- Maintain quality assurance through accurate quality-control checks.
- Follow standard cash-management procedures, including daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
- Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Learn the wash process and equipment to expand job knowledge.
- Pursue further growth through educational and training opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Assist customers by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.
- Open the site as needed and close it at least two nights per week.
