About The Position

The Assistant Site Director supports the Site Director in overseeing the daily operations and clinical activities within our multi-house Teen Residential Treatment facility. This role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality client care, efficient workflow, and adherence to regulatory standards. The Assistant Site Director will also take on a leadership role in fostering professional development, improving clinical processes, and maintaining a positive, client-centered environment.

Requirements

  • Licensed Practitioner in the state of Maryland (or outside state with the ability to transfer) is required (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C).
  • Board approved Supervisor.
  • CPR Certified prior to beginning employment.
  • Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of clinical supervisory experience.
  • Understanding and experience with regulatory agency compliance (such as State regulations and the Join Commission).
  • Experience with program development.
  • Candidates must pass a comprehensive background check, encompassing criminal records and motor vehicle reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, residential, and/or partial hospitalization (“PHP”) setting.

  • Ensure the program complies with all relevant regulatory guidelines and requirements.
  • Foster a supportive environment, maintain consistent communication with staff, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team of therapists and healthcare professionals.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop clinical staff, ensuring team members meet professional standards and are continuously supported in their roles for optimal client care.
