Requirements

Experience in automotive service, preferably within a luxury dealership environment.
Bilingualism in French and English (essential, as the person will work with both Francophone and Anglophone clients).
Strong problem-solving skills.
At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word).
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of CDK is an asset.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the profitability of the service shop.
Supervising Appointment Coordinators.
Assisting and supporting Service Advisors.
Creating and maintaining harmonious relationships with our customers to build loyalty.
Performing administrative tasks related to the department as needed.
