Groundworks is seeking a talented Assistant Service Manager to join our tribe in Livonia, MI! The Assistant Service Manager will assist the Service Manager in developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handle customer complaints, and assist with managing Service Techs. Assistant Service Managers should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Knowledge of terminology, methods and best practices used in the foundation repair
Proven experience in Service and/or customer service
Successfully proven KPIs as a Certified Field Inspector or Service Technician
Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
Proven experience in Service and/or customer service.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead effective weekly trainings
Evaluate field performance and deliver feedback in a 1:1 setting
Create and implement effective development and disciplinary plans
Learn all aspects of the Service Managers Day to day responsibilities
Other duties as assigned.
