About The Position

The Assistant Service Advisor is responsible for serving as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department by maintaining customer satisfaction. The role involves visually inspecting vehicles, communicating with customers about vehicle performance, completing service work orders, and explaining service costs to customers. The Assistant Service Advisor will interact with customers to determine immediate service needs and use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products, providing excellent customer service by demonstrating the company's mission and values.
