About The Position

Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization. Audi Flatirons is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to serve as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department, with a primary focus on maintaining customer satisfaction. This role involves visually inspecting vehicles, communicating with customers about vehicle performance, completing service work orders, and explaining service costs. The Assistant Service Advisor will interact with customers to determine their immediate service needs and use a consultative approach to educate them on available services and products, all while providing excellent customer service in line with the company's mission and values.

Requirements

Customer Service or Hospitality experience.

Responsibilities
