Audi Flatirons is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor. This role is responsible for serving as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Visually inspect vehicles
- Communicate with customers about vehicle performance
- Complete service work orders
- Explain service costs to customers
- Interact with customers to determine immediate service needs
- Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products
- Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating our mission and values
