Assistant School Director
About The Position
Primrose School of West Hefner Pointe is hiring an Assistant School Director to help create a safe, healthy environment and a culture where children and team members can thrive. The role supports the success of young children and their teachers through relationship-building, mentoring, and school operations. The school offers a Balanced Learning curriculum delivered through a digital platform, a welcoming work environment, supportive fellow leaders and franchise owners, and a culture that promotes work-life balance. Salary is based on prior experience. The shift schedule is 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Create a culture of support within the school for staff, families, and children.
- Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety.
- Learn the essential functions of each position in the school to support and inspire the team.
- Manage school operations in the Director’s absence.
- Assist the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control.
- Build strong relationships and mentor teachers.
