About The Position
Great Clips – S. Yukon, OK is looking for a driven Assistant Salon Manager (ASM) who knows how to lead, inspire, and still bring it behind the chair. This role offers the opportunity to lead the floor, own your growth, build a team, drive results, and grow. It combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. The Assistant Salon Manager role is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
