Culture fit matters as much as skill here. We’re hiring for Manager and Assistant Manager roles. To be upfront, this is a fast track to management, not a job where you start as a manager. You’ll go through about 3 months of paid training, and once you meet the requirements for an official promotion, we’ll help you move up.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others

• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
