Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
• Interest in leadership and supporting others

Responsibilities

• Learn scheduling, inventory and coaching while staying behind the chair.
• Support and motivate a team of stylists while continuing to cut hair.
• Help keep the salon running smoothly.
• Support daily salon operations.
