About The Position
Peyton Company, a locally owned Great Clips franchise with 14 locations across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced Assistant Salon Manager to help lead one of their eastern Twin Cities locations. They offer a supportive environment, growth opportunities, and a team culture. The salon operates on a walk-in model, emphasizing a busy, energetic atmosphere where strong leadership is crucial.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years as a licensed cosmetologist or barber
- Great Clips experience strongly preferred
- A leader who can motivate, develop, and retain a team
- Availability for full-time hours (34+) including evenings and 5 out of 8 weekends
- Someone who takes pride in delivering a great guest experience every single visit
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating your team to perform at their best
- Managing day-to-day salon operations along with the salon manager
- Coaching and developing stylists to grow in their careers
- Maintaining Great Clips brand standards and delivering consistent guest satisfaction
