Hair Stylist/Assistant Salon Manager- $5,000 Hiring Bonus
About The Position
Peyton Company, a locally owned Great Clips franchise with 14 locations across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, is looking for an experienced Assistant Salon Manager to help lead one of our western Twin Cities suburban locations. They offer a supportive environment, real growth opportunities, and a team culture. Their walk-in model means no appointments, no clientele pressure. The role requires leading and motivating a team, managing day-to-day salon operations, coaching and developing stylists, and maintaining Great Clips brand standards and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years as a licensed cosmetologist or barber
- Great Clips experience strongly preferred
- A leader who can motivate, develop, and retain a team
- Availability for full-time hours (34+) including evenings and 5 out of 8 weekends
- Someone who takes pride in delivering a great guest experience every single visit
