Hair Stylist/Salon Manager-$5,000 Hiring Bonus
About The Position
Peyton Company, a locally owned Great Clips franchise with 14 locations across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, is looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead one of our western Twin Cities suburban locations. This is a walk-in model salon, meaning no appointments or clientele pressure, just a busy, energetic salon where great leadership makes all the difference. Requirements
- Valid salon manager's license required
- Minimum 5 years as a licensed cosmetologist or barber
- Great Clips experience strongly preferred
- Prior salon management experience preferred
- A leader who can motivate, develop, and retain a team
- Availability for full-time hours (34+) including evenings and 5 out of 8 weekends
- Someone who takes pride in delivering a great guest experience every single visit
