About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking an Assistant Retirement Living Consultant to work at Deerfield, a community located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield includes 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living units, 24 residential care apartment homes, and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. The pay for this position will be based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field.
One (1) year of experience in building and managing relationships in consultative sales, public relations, or a related industry is required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Serve as the backup to the Senior Retirement Consultant.
Contribute to meeting or exceeding community occupancy goals by working as a team to network, market, and follow the Immanuel sales process with prospective residents and/or their families.
Professionally represent Immanuel Communities in outreach to referral sources to build community awareness and relationships.
