Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Requires 2 to 4 years of retail, store operations, customer service, merchandising, inventory, or related experience.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, hospitality, operations, or another related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems and retail transaction processes.
  • Ability to work a flexible, event-based or operational schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark’s standard service model.
  • Ability to lead team members, support training, resolve issues, and maintain accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail and hospitality environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and support a physically active retail operation.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of the assigned retail location in alignment with Aramark policies, procedures, client expectations, and operational standards.
  • Oversee non-selling aspects of the retail operation, including inventory management, warehouse management, receiving, ticketing, stocking, and distribution.
  • Maintain store merchandising standards, product availability, inventory accuracy, and overall store presentation.
  • Work with Human Resources and operational leaders to support hiring, staffing, scheduling, and payroll budget expectations.
  • Ensure team members are trained on customer service standards, product knowledge, point of sale procedures, and store operations.
  • Support accurate opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, credit card accountability, security requirements, and daily reporting.
  • Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Verify financial transaction reports, including sales, transfers of merchandise, and inventory movement to and from the store.
  • Periodically check and verify accurate ticketing, pricing, and labeling of merchandise.
  • Lead periodic physical inventories and help resolve count discrepancies.
  • Maintain effective client, customer, employee, and vendor relationships.
  • Support profit and loss performance through cost control, inventory accuracy, payroll awareness, and operational discipline.
  • Help create a positive, service-focused retail environment for residents, guests, employees, and clients.
