Responsibilities
- Coaching and developing Shift Leaders and team Leaders to run high-performing closing shifts
- Managing a team of 20+ and creating a culture of accountability, urgency, and teamwork
- Leading operations with a sharp focus on speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality
- Protecting profitability by reducing waste, stewarding labor, and managing lean inventory systems
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards
- Continuously improving systems by tracking performance data and implementing solutions
