Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, café, bar, or hospitality environment preferred
  • Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related education considered an asset
  • Experience using hospitality point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Knowledge of food & beverage operations, inventory control, and cost management principles
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal hospitality environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational standards
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Ability to support and collaborate with a diverse team

Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading front-of-house food & beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, coffee service, outdoor dining, and special events
  • Support daily operations by supervising team members and ensuring efficient service delivery
  • Address guest concerns professionally and take appropriate action to resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies related to food safety and responsible alcohol service
  • Complete daily reports and review food and beverage sales performance
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to support operational goals
  • Assist with ordering, receiving, inventory management, and storage of food & beverage products, alcohol, and operating supplies
  • Maintain established service, presentation, and cleanliness standards
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately, ensuring receipts are provided for all purchases
  • Provide operational support across service areas and assist team members as needed
  • Support training, coaching, and development of seasonal team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the operation during the season
