About The Position

AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant operations. The role includes coaching and development, with hands-on leadership training and a structured level certification program. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability is required. Pay is $15–$19 per hour, based on experience and certifications.

Requirements

• Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Evening and weekend availability.

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
