About The Position

Taco John's is seeking a driven, experienced restaurant leader to serve as Assistant Restaurant Manager at the 108th and Maple location. The role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and wants to develop toward becoming a General Manager. The Assistant Manager partners with the General Manager to meet business goals and helps lead restaurant operations, including running the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager; fast-food experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume shifts and make real-time decisions.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales, labor, and profit goals.
• Lead shifts, coach and develop team members, and hold the team accountable.
