About The Position

Taco John's is seeking a driven, experienced restaurant leader to serve as Assistant Manager at its 108th and Maple location. The Assistant Manager partners with the General Manager to achieve business goals and leads restaurant shifts, helping build and develop a reliable team while delivering fast, accurate service and a strong customer experience. The role provides an opportunity to develop toward a General Manager position.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager; fast-food experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead by setting the tone for the team.
• Ability to manage high-volume shifts and make real-time decisions.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license.
