About The Position

AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant operations. The role may suit an experienced Assistant Manager or a Shift Leader ready to advance. The company provides hands-on coaching and development, including a structured level certification program with clear milestones and leadership sign-offs.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager leads shifts and daily operations while maintaining service, food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. The position combines team leadership and administrative duties with hands-on restaurant work, including preparing pizzas, serving customers, and assisting with deliveries when qualified and needed. Pay is $15–$19 per hour based on experience and certifications. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week; evening and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Evening and weekend availability is required.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities
