About The Position
AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead fast-paced quick-service restaurant operations. The role includes hands-on leadership, shift management, daily operations, and maintaining service standards. The company provides coaching and development, including structured leadership training and certification milestones. The position pays $15–$19 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts, manage daily operations, and maintain service standards.
- Coach, train, and develop team members.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage cash, deposits, inventory, and shift paperwork.
- Work alongside the team preparing pizzas, serving customers, and assisting with deliveries when qualified and needed.
