About The Position

As an Assistant Manager at Ginger, a Pan Asian restaurant, you will lead daily operations, shape guest interactions, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional experiences. Your energy and leadership will be the first impression guests remember, turning ordinary visits into WOW moments by connecting with each guest's unique story.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • At least 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Prior Food and Beverage experience to include supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
  • Prior experience leading daily operations within a Pan Asian style type of restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop daily floor plans to guarantee proper station coverage.
  • Supervise dining room service during operational hours.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance records.
  • Collaborate with the Chef regarding food service and menu plans.
  • Maintain communication with management, chefs, front-of-house and culinary staff to address guest needs.
  • Order supplies and manage inventory effectively.
  • Inspect food quality and freshness from support departments.
  • Directly interact with guests for special requests and reservations.
