About The Position

As an Assistant Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for operational functions within the department. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the department to align with the department’s goals and overall vision.
• Ensure smooth and cost-effective operations, including managing staff, overseeing services, handling schedules, and controlling inventory.
• Ensure guests receive quality service in line with the company’s standards and brand values.
• Support the management team during your shift to help deliver excellent service to guests.
• Manage the ordering and stocking of beverages to boost revenue.
• Guide and support beverage staff, ensuring proper scheduling.
• Offer suggestions to management on daily operations.
