Downtown Flavortown is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead their restaurant, bar, and private dining experiences. The role is centered around fun, flavor, and family, and requires energetic leaders to bring these values to life.

Requirements

• 1–3 years leadership experience in high-volume food & beverage.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Must love fast-paced environments and working with people.
• ServeSafe & ABC Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Organized, motivated, and detail-focused.
• Weekend, holiday, and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team across food, beverage, and service.
• Deliver unforgettable guest experiences every shift.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, food safety, and service standards.
• Support inventory, labor, and cost controls.
• Be on the floor, in the action, coaching your team and helping guests.
• Assist with private events and group service.
• Keep things running smoothly — from POS troubleshooting to table touches.
