The Assistant Restaurant Manager assists the Restaurant Manager with the overall activities of the restaurant operation, including prep and service. This role is part of the team at Harrah's, a venue that features more than 2,500 rooms and suites, 86,000 square feet of casino space, and seven outstanding restaurants. The environment is described as a fun place to play, with the excitement of Carnival Court and the American spirit of Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill providing a familiar atmosphere.
