We’re on the hunt for a Kitchen Manager who’s ready to turn up the heat, lead a rockstar team, and make magic happen in the heart of Pigeon Forge. If you've steered the ship in restaurants doing $10M+ annually and can sling 250–300 covers per hour with a smile on your face and a spatula in hand, you just might be our hero.

Requirements

Has 3-5 years of Kitchen Manager experience or 5-7 years as Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume location
Committed to food safety and quality, familiar EcoSure Assessments and compliance.
Able to train, develop, and motivate team members, working hands on alongside team members to ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.
Brings positive energy and strong ownership to every shift. Effectively manages both expected challenges and sudden issues.
Available weekends, nights, and holidays because Flavortown never sleeps
Background Check Required

Responsibilities

Crushing health inspections with 95+ scores (we’re talking spotless, not stressless)
Keeping food safe, hot, and out the window faster than you can say Flavortown
Creating a back-of-house experience that’s fun, fast-paced, and fire (figuratively… and sometimes literally)
Mentoring BOH team members into the next generation of kitchen legends
Owning inventory like a boss (because we don’t run out of flavor)
Leading a team like a headliner quarterback during the Sunday rush
