About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee to work as part of the restaurant management team. The role supports the Restaurant Leader in providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching to restaurant employees. It also helps ensure the restaurant is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures and Health Department Standards, and that foodservice products are properly prepared, presented, and fresh. The position offers full-time hours, training, and management and leadership experience, with opportunities for advancement through the company’s promote-from-within philosophy.

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Proficient computer knowledge; Microsoft products such as Word and Excel are preferred.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for restaurant employees.
Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards.
Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products.
Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
