7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee (Assistant Manager) to join their management team. Requirements

Previous supervisory experience.
Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred: Word, Excel).
A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees, alongside the Restaurant Leader.
Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards.
Ensure proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Perform multi-tasking, repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
