Assistant Residential Manager – Adult Residential Services
About The Position
As an Assistant Residential Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities while assisting in the day-to-day operations of a residential program. You will work closely with individuals and staff members, helping to ensure quality care and support services are provided, fostering independence, promoting well-being, and encouraging community inclusion. In this role, you will also assist with staff supervision, scheduling, program operations, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for both residents and team members. Requirements
- Valid NYS Driver’s License for 18+ months with a clean driving history.
- Successful completion of Brightway’s Transportation Orientation.
- One year of DSP experience.
