About The Position

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live and work on-site at one of their properties as part of a two-person team. This role involves sharing an apartment, working four weekdays, every second weekend, and being on-call for some evenings. This is an existing vacant position within the organization.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Cleaning experience
Minor maintenance skills
Customer service skills
Ability to perform in a team environment
Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis
Show and sell suites to prospective tenants
Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
Minor maintenance repairs
Preparing apartments for new residents
Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
Assisting with leasing suites
Responding to on-call requests

Benefits

Base Compensation is $34,000 per person. This includes an apartment suite (taxable benefit).
