About The Position

It manages over 22,000 rental apartments in six provinces with an asset value of more than $5 billion. Realstar is headquartered in Toronto, and is part of Realstar Group which has over $9 billion of multi-family, hospitality and alternative real estate assets under management in Canada. We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Cleaning experience
Minor maintenance skills
Customer service skills
Ability to perform in a team environment
Ability to work some evening and weekends

Responsibilities

Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis
Show and sell suites to prospective tenants
Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
Minor maintenance repairs
Preparing apartments for new residents
Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
Assisting with leasing suites
Responding to on-call requests

Benefits

Base Compensation is $33,000 per person per year. This includes an apartment suite (taxable benefit).
