This role involves supporting clinical operations, leading the resident care team, and growing into senior nursing leadership. Requirements

Med Tech certification required if not licensed
Must be 18+ years of age
Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others

Nice To Haves

RN or LPN license preferred
Experience or training in an equivalent senior living setting preferred
RN/LPN or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Audit Medication Administration Records (MARs) and coordinate pharmacy updates
Complete resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
Consult with families and physicians to coordinate proper resident care
Monitor all aspects of the medication administration program
Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
Manage, direct, and schedule resident care staff
Fulfill Manager on Duty responsibilities as assigned
Support the Resident Care Coordinator in daily clinical operations
Direct Resident Assistants (RAs) and help coordinate services to residents under the direction of the Resident Care Coordinator and Health Services Coordinator
Develop and implement resident care plans to meet the needs of residents
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility and incontinence care
Complete scheduling for resident care staff
Assist coworkers with other duties as needed
