Assistant Residence Manager
About The Position
Saratoga Bridges is looking for Assistant Residence Managers (ARMs) who have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with a developmental disability, preferably in OPW services. ARMs work as the lead on shifts with our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). They help new DSPs learn on the job. They plan outings with the people living at the home. Food shopping and managing each person's personal accounts are also a responsibility in this role. Our ARMs are in the on-call rotation. They assist with staffing and float to other homes as needed. Requirements
- A valid driver's license
- High School diploma/GED
- A year of experience working with people who have a developmental disability, preferably in OPW services.
