About the Role: The Assistant Residence Manager assumes leadership responsibilities includes daily program development, documentation oversight, staff supervision and scheduling, implementation, and facilitation of program models, guiding the youth development and treatment process, and ensuring and facilitating communication between all shifts. Other duties include oversight of physical environment, resource acquisition, and assisting with training of direct care staff.
