About The Position

Join SingleSource as an Assistant REO Asset Manager and build your career in REO asset management. This is a hybrid role based out of our Canonsburg, PA office, where you'll help manage REO (real estate owned) and foreclosed properties through foreclosure, eviction, valuation, disposition and sale. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in real estate, REO, foreclosure, mortgage servicing, default servicing, property preservation or property management who wants to grow their career in REO asset management, with a clear path to advance into an REO Asset Manager role.

Requirements

Experience in real estate, REO, foreclosure, mortgage/default servicing, property preservation or property management preferred
Strong organization, time management and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience using AI tools is a plus
Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Manage foreclosure and REO work orders accurately and within client deadlines
Monitor REO properties through eviction, valuation, listing and sale
Coordinate with clients, attorneys and vendors throughout the REO lifecycle
Order and review BPOs and appraisals and assist with cash for keys and HUD conveyance
Maintain accurate property and client information across internal and client systems
Support REO Asset Managers with portfolio management and property disposition
