The Assistant Relocation Project Manager is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who supports the successful execution of relocation projects for our diverse clients. In this role, you will help coordinate all stages of the relocation process, ensuring transitions are seamless and client goals are achieved. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate or related industries.
Strong knowledge of relocation best practices, including space planning, furniture procurement, and IT infrastructure setup.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience in managing large-scale, complex relocation projects.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Familiarity with commercial real estate contracts and lease agreements.
Experience working with architects, contractors, and interior designers.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their relocation needs, goals, and objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive relocation project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Plan and manage successfully relocations up to 500 people and expense projects up to 100K.
Perform data input into the Corrigo system and Asana to maintain project information
Coordinate and manage all stages of the relocation process, from initial planning to post-move evaluation.
Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure a seamless relocation experience.
Conduct site visits to evaluate existing facilities and identify potential issues or opportunities.
Coordinate logistics, such as space planning, furniture procurement, IT infrastructure setup, equipment installations and expense projects.
Manage and track the progress of multiple relocation and expense projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Provide regular communication and updates to clients, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
Identify, mitigate, and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise during the project process.
Conduct post-move and project evaluations to assess the success of the project and identify areas for improvement.
