We are looking for someone curious, driven, flexible, and willing to learn new things and adapt to changes. Availability for a flexible work week, including some weekend coverage, is required.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in a supervisory capacity managing multifamily communities.
Associate degree in business or a related field.
Ability to take ownership and understand the big picture.
Ability to find small everyday wins and do more with less.
Natural communication skills, able to make complex and scary situations simple.
Comfortable communicating on multiple channels (phone, email, chat, Facebook, etc.).
Curious and driven, asking questions to get to the root of problems.
Flexible and enjoys learning new things and rolling with changes.
Availability for a flexible work week, including some weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

Recommending promotions for Leasing Consultants after coaching and skill gap closure.
Reviewing leasing reports to ensure the team is converting prospects to residents.
Deescalating resident issues to achieve positive reviews.
Reprioritizing the maintenance team's day based on urgent issues like water leaks.
Collaborating with the maintenance team on cost-saving measures for supplies.
Brainstorming with the marketing team on new community marketing ideas, such as TikTok content.
