About The Position
The Grounds Technician will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of the community to ensure it looks its best. This role involves removing trash and debris, assisting with light maintenance tasks, supporting snow removal efforts, and contributing to curb appeal projects and community enhancements.
Requirements
- Love working outdoors and take pride in creating a clean, well-kept environment.
- Have an eye for detail and enjoy making landscapes look their best.
- Don’t mind getting your hands dirty and working in different weather conditions.
- Be reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance, or be eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the grounds to keep the community looking its best.
- Removing trash and debris to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
- Assisting with light maintenance tasks, such as power washing, painting, or minor repairs.
- Helping with snow removal and salting walkways during winter months.
- Supporting the maintenance team with curb appeal projects and community enhancements.
